Therapeutic Services offered virtually for clients residing in Maryland, Virginia, and Massachusetts
“The willingness to show up changes us, It makes us a little braver each time.” —Brené Brown
It all begins with you.
You’ve decided that there has to be a better way. There is, and I can help. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, comfortable place for you to grow. All of my clients present with unique strengths, gifts, perspectives, and stories. My job is to hear your story and help you to eliminate any barriers between you and the future that you deserve.
I believe that all meaningful change starts with being understood and heard. It is important to me that you feel safe in this process. Therapy sessions should be supportive and comfortable for clients. Teletherapy options now give you the opportunity to work with me online in the security of your own home.
I am an out-of-network provider for clients in Maryland, Virginia, and Massachusetts. My services are reimbursable by many insurance companies. You will need to contact your insurance company directly for details on their reimbursement process. Clients will be provided with a superbill to submit to your insurance if you have coverage for therapy services. If you need help with this, I am happy to assist.
Session fees must be paid at the time of service online via credit card.
*Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment and no-shows are subject to a charge of the full clinical fee.

Therapy FAQs
Who do you work with?
My practice is built for autistic and neurodivergent adults, particularly those who were diagnosed later in life, have high-masking presentations, or are still figuring out what their diagnosis actually means for them. I also work with neurodivergent couples navigating the very specific dynamics that come with that, and adults with a PDA profile.
Where are you licensed?
I am licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and Massachusetts. This applies to both therapy and assessments. If you are located outside of those three states, I am not able to provide therapy or assessment services to you, full stop. Licensure laws are not flexible on this, and I won't work around them.
Do you offer consultations?
I do offer consultations for people outside my licensing states, and I'd love to be a resource for you if that fits what you need.
What if I live outside of Maryland, Virginia, or Massachusetts?
I offer a one-time, 50-minute consultation for $215. A consultation isn't therapy, but it gives us real time together. We can talk through what's going on for you, share information and resources, think through next steps, and get you pointed in the right direction for finding the right support where you live. If that sounds useful, you can request one through the contact form.
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. My fees are $215 for individual therapy, $240 for couples, and $265 for Autism Assessments. Each session is 50 minutes long. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, but I'd encourage you to check your out-of-network benefits before reaching out so there are no surprises.
Are you currently accepting new clients?
My caseload is consistently full. I keep it that way intentionally so I can show up fully for the people I'm working with. I don't maintain a waitlist, but you're welcome to check back, and submitting a contact form is always the first step. I'll let you know if there are potential openings on the horizon.
What can I expect after I submit the contact form?
You'll hear back from me within one week. If your situation is time-sensitive, please note that in the form.
Do you offer autism assessments?
Yes. I offer narrative-based autism assessments for adults, with particular expertise in high-masking presentations that are frequently missed or misdiagnosed. Assessments are only available to people located in Maryland, Virginia, or Massachusetts. Assessment inquiries can be submitted through the contact form.
I'm not sure if I'm autistic. Can I still reach out?
Absolutely. A lot of the people I work with came to me for answers. We can figure out what you need together!
