Drama Free by Nedra Tawwab

For those of you that keep a copy of Nedra’s boundaries book on your nightstand forever (just me?)….you’ll be thrilled to know….she’s baaaaaaaaack.

Nedra tackles complicated family issues with a gentle touch and large dose of practicality in her new book. She explores some basics of childhood trauma and it’s impact on adult relationships, more work with boundaries, and a lot of suggestions that you can start to use today.

If you’re well read on trauma and boundaries, I wouldn’t recommend this one for you. But this would be a great starting point for those that are just beginning to explore these areas.
